These terms apply when you use https://creatorstore-in.vercel.app or buy a product from Rekha Devi (operated by Rekha Devi, 7b, akola agra uttar pradesh pincode:283102). By buying you agree to them.
1. Products
We sell digital products: desktop software, apps, plugins and extensions, and creator resources such as templates and presets. Each product page lists its requirements (operating system, host software and version). Please check them before buying. Any third-party software a product works with is not included and must be obtained separately.
Some products listed on this site are sold through other stores. Their page shows a "Get it on …" button that takes you to that store; the purchase, payment, delivery and refunds for those products are handled by that store under its own terms, not through this site.
2. Licence
When you buy a product you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it on your own devices (the number of devices, if limited, is shown on the product page). You may use it to make videos and content, including monetised content. You may not share, resell, re-upload, decompile or redistribute the files or your licence key. Breaking this may lead to the licence being revoked without refund.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) for buyers in India and in US Dollars (USD) elsewhere, inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is taken by Razorpay. An order is complete once Razorpay confirms the payment.

5. Refunds

6. Updates and support
We may release updates and fixes for the version you bought. Support is given by email. We try to keep products working but cannot guarantee compatibility with every system configuration or future version of third-party software.
7. Liability
Products are provided "as is". Always back up your work. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
8. Trademarks
Names of third-party software and companies mentioned on this site are trademarks of their owners. We are not affiliated with, approved by or endorsed by them.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
